Filtering responses is an effective way to choose the candidates you want to work with. Follow these steps to utilize this option:

1. Set Up Smart Questions: ✍️ Include smart questions in the job application to gather detailed information from candidates

2. πŸ“‹ Click on the job you need to manage

3. Select Candidates: βœ… Choose the candidates whose responses you want to filter. You can also bulk-select all candidates if you need to

4. Use the Filter Option: πŸ” In the top left corner, click on the filter option.

5. Apply Filters: πŸ› οΈ Filter candidates based on their responses to the smart questions to streamline your hiring process.

6. Clear Filters: πŸ”„ If you need to see all the candidates again, click on 'Clear Filters'.
