1. Set Up Smart Questions: βοΈ Include smart questions in the job application to gather detailed information from candidates
2. π Click on the job you need to manage
3. Select Candidates: β Choose the candidates whose responses you want to filter. You can also bulk-select all candidates if you need to
4. Use the Filter Option: π In the top left corner, click on the filter option.
5. Apply Filters: π οΈ Filter candidates based on their responses to the smart questions to streamline your hiring process.
6. Clear Filters: π If you need to see all the candidates again, click on 'Clear Filters'.
