Q: What is the difference between reopening a job and reposting as new?

A: Reopening a job πŸ”„ keeps its original posting date, with all applied candidates and notes visible under that role. The workflow status continues with previous stages and actions.

While Reposting as new πŸ†• get a fresh job ID and posting date. The role is freshly posted on job boards too, for better visibility. Previously applied candidates remain in the older closed role, and the workflow status begins with new default stages.

Q: How long does it take for my job to appear on job boards?

A: Free Job Boards: It can take a few hours, sometimes up to 24 hours, for your job to appear.

Sponsored Boards: Jobs usually appear within minutes of posting.

Indeed Sponsored Roles: These first appear on the organic (free) feed before appearing in sponsored listings.
