Posting a job exclusively for internal candidates ensures that your current employees have the first opportunity to apply. This guide will walk you through the steps to create an internal job posting and how to display these roles on your internal platforms.

Create a New Job:

  • Click on "My Jobs" .

  • Click on the "+ New Job" button. πŸ“

  • Enter the job title and job description in the respective fields. πŸ”

  • In the application type dropdown menu, select "Internal". πŸ”’

(By selecting "Internal," the job will not be visible on any public job boards.)

  • Follow the next steps and Publish the role.

Display Internal Roles on Your Website:

If you wish to display internal job postings on your company's internal platforms, follow these steps:

  • Click on "Settings" in the main menu. βš™οΈ

  • Navigate to "Integrations" and then select "iFrame Pages".

  • Click on the "Internal" option and generate the iFrame code. πŸ”§

  • Share the generated iFrame code with your team responsible for website management.

  • Implement this code on your internal website or intranet to display internal job postings.πŸ“€

Track Internal Applications:

Internal roles are tracked under reports as a source.

  • Navigate to the "Job Reports" section to view and track the number of candidates who have applied internally.

  • You can also reveal information about how many candidates were hired and rejected as per this source.

By following these steps, you can successfully post a job for internal candidates only and ensure these roles are accessible on your internal platforms. Additionally, you can track the application activity for these internal roles through the reports section. If you have any further questions, please contact your system administrator or support team.
