Ochre Dispatch will take every effort to hold your stock in a safe manner and is highly experienced in managing fragile and delicate items. However we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage whilst in our care.

We also cannot take responsibility for loss in transit to us or whilst being handled by our carriers. If there are damages in whilst being handled by our carriers we will assist to place insurance claims where possible.

Any damage will be photographed and sent to you as proof.
