How to Prepare for the Session

This article applies to both Clients and Merchants. The Creator arrives at the scheduled time. If you're not ready, the session may not proceed — and a fee may apply.

Before the Creator arrives, make sure

✓ Final menu selection confirmed

✓ All selected dishes available and prepared

✓ Correct quantities ready for session

✓ Capture area clean and accessible

✓ Merchant present and reachable

✓ Brief reviewed

✓ Address and phone number are correct and up to date


If you're not ready on the day

The session can't proceed if the restaurant is closed, the kitchen isn't operational, the contact is absent, or access is blocked.

This is considered a restaurant no-show. Consequences:

  • Project rescheduled

  • Operational delays
