Updated over a week ago

There are multiple methods to check Firmware versions, the most common ones are through the apps or handyfeeling.com.

You can also check the Firmware version on the device alone if you can't access the previous options. Let's take a look at each of them below.

Through Handyverse or Handyfeeling

When you connect your Handy to Handyverse or Handyfeeling, you can check the Firmware version on the left side of the Copy Key button (1)

If an update is available, you should be able to click on Update on the bottom of the window (2)

Through New Handyfeeling

When you connect your Handy to new.handyfeeling.com, you can check the Firmware version on the left side of the Copy Key button

Through the Handy Onboarding App

After connecting your Handy through the Onboarding app, you can click on Info button.

In this new window, you can find multiple diagnostical tools referring to your device, under the Firmware section you can find the Firmware version and more.

Through the device itself (No app required)

To quickly check if your Handy is using Firmware 2 or Firmware 3, you can simply press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the Handy until the LED pattern changes.

Firmware 4

A Handy with Firmware 4 will cycle between a dark blue and pink light — indicating that is has entered a connection mode where both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled.

Firmware 3

A Handy with Firmware 3 will display a solid dark blue — indicating that it has entered Bluetooth mode.

Firmware 2

A Handy with the legacy Firmware 2 will alternate between a light blue and darker blue light — indicating that it has entered Wi-Fi setup mode.
