The IVDB Extension was originally removed from the Chrome Extension Store but now there is a way to install the Extension without using the Store.
At the moment, the extension is only available for Google Chrome and there is no plans for releasing it for other browsers at the moment.
Let's go step-by-step guide for installing the Extension.
1) Download the extension from GitHub
Use this link to access the GitHub and download the extension in Zip format, you can start the download by clicking on bex.zip
2) Unzip the file in a folder
You can use any software that can unzip files, they should be unzipped into a folder with the same name.
3) Open Chrome and access Extensions page
Open Chrome and on the top right of your browser you can find three vertical dots (1), click on it to open a menu.
Select Extensions (2) and then Manage Extensions (3).
4) Enable Developer Mode and load the extension.
On this new page, click on the toggle on the top right to enable developer mode (1). Afterwards, click on Load unpacked (2).
On the pop up, select the unzipped folder named bex
If done correctly, the extension should load and appear as such.
