Due to Firmware 4 still being in beta, some services may not be able to be used alongside it. In these situations, you can try downgrading to Firmware 3.
Below you can find a step by step guide to downgrade.
How to downgrade to Firmware 3
Power off the Handy
Press and Hold the Action Button, it should look like this:
While holding the Action Button, power on the Handy.
The LED status light should be Yellow.
Release the Action Button.
Press the DOWN Button.
Your Handy will try to connect to the last configured Wi-Fi Network and perform the downgrade.
If this fails, try re-configuring the Wi-Fi Network settings in the Handy Onboarding App. Then try again.When the light alternates between Green and Yellow, press the Power Button.
The device should now restart and be downgraded to Firmware 3.
