You can cancel any Pending orders by clicking edit on the order record, opening the Order Status dropdown menu, selecting Canceled and then scroll down to the page bottom to save changes.
Any order that you wish to cancel that has reached production must be canceled by an OKC team member. Please submit a support request with the OR# and clear direction to cancel the order asap.
FYI If you request a cancellation and the order has already been packaged, it will be put in a Voided status. The order will be disposed of, charged fulfillment and supplement costs, but not shipping.
