Does OK Capsule hold orders?

No. OK Capsule does not hold or delay orders by client request.

Once an order has reached the "In Production" status, the order must be canceled / voided in order to stop it from progressing normally through the process and eventually shipping. To cancel an In Production order a support request containing the OR# must be submitted.

The only time an In Production status order may be held in the process would be if it is involved in a Quality matter, such as an issue with FDA compliance or internal quality investigation. In this instance an OK Capsule team member will reach out with more information.

However, clients have the ability to change orders in Pending status to an On Hold status. OK Capsule does not manage On Hold orders for clients. Orders in On Hold status will remain in this state until the client changes them back to Pending. Once the order is back in Pending it will be ingest by the nightly job as if it were submitted that day.
