Once your order ships, it’s in the carrier’s hands, and delays are outside of our control. Weather, high volume, and staffing or routing issues can all slow a package down. Most carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, so it's not unusual for them to take longer than expected, and tracking can stall even while a package is still moving. If your package hasn’t arrived once the timeframe in the table below has passed, contact us and we’ll submit a lost package investigation with the carrier.
