During checkout, you will have the option to select a shipping method for your order and the estimated transit time will be displayed if available. These are estimates from the carrier(s) and we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
The transit estimate does not include order processing time.
In-stock items are processed 1-5 business days after the purchase date. In-stock groupbuy extras are processed 1-10 business days after the purchase date due to the high influx of orders at once. Groupbuys/preorders are generally processed within 1-10 business days once the product has come in and order fulfillment has started.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Please be aware that order processing time may take longer following holidays.
Route Shipping Insurance will automatically be added to your cart in the shipping section when you are checking out on our online store. If you use an express checkout method such as Shop Pay/Google Pay/Apple Pay, it will not be automatically added as these bypass our checkout pages - you can request that it be added before your order ships by utilizing our messenger widget or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you decide to remove this (or do not add it if using express checkout), we are not responsible in the instance that the package is lost, stolen, or damaged as a result of shipping. If your order does not contain Route Shipping Insurance, you will be responsible for pursuing a claim with the shipping carrier in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If any address presents an error in our system, we will not ship to that address and will reach out for a new address or a correction of the address in error. Your options will be to ship to a new address or have your order refunded. We are not able to verify international addresses, so we will ship to the address included with the order.
For orders that are returned to us through no fault of our own, responsibility will fall to the customer for the additional costs of shipping the package a second time. If the return was due to an error on our end, we will cover the costs of shipping it back out.
We are not responsible if a package does not arrive because the customer entered the wrong address or misspelled the address. We will not send a replacement package or refund the order in this circumstance.
International Taxes and Duties are Delivered At Place (DAP), also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that Omnitype is only responsible for shipping the product, and the customer will be responsible for paying any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
