During checkout, you will have the option to select a shipping method for your order and the estimated transit time will be displayed if available. These are estimates and we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

The transit estimate does not include order processing time.

Order processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and ship your order. This time may vary depending on the type of product you have purchased. In-stock items are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the purchase date. On the other hand, groupbuys/preorders may take longer, usually within 1-10 business days once the product has arrived and order fulfillment has started.

It is important to note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Please be aware that order processing time may take longer following holidays.

For orders that are returned to us through no fault of our own, responsibility will fall to the customer for the additional costs of shipping the package a second time. If the return was due to an error on our end, we will cover the costs of shipping it back out.

We are not responsible if a package does not arrive because the customer entered the wrong address or misspelled the address. We will not send a replacement package or refund the order in this circumstance.

International Policies

Taxes and Duties are Delivered At Place (DAP), also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that Omnitype is only responsible for shipping the product, and the customer will be responsible for paying any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Please note that failure to pay any required fees and/or refusing to accept the package will result in the package being returned and any return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued. The return shipping cost has the possibility to cost multiple times the original shipping, so there is a chance you could get $0 back if you refuse your package. Omnitype will not eat any shipping costs as a result of an international package being returned because of refusal to pay duties or to accept the package.
