Though we hope you love your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.* Returns must have been purchased directly from us and must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was sent.

You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. Please email help@omnitype.com for a return label. Original costs of shipping are nonrefundable.

Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded (minus a 3% restock fee and both the original and return shipping costs) to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for a refund.
