At Ompractice, we have a clear mission: to see and support every body. Whether you're managing an injury, coping with a chronic illness, or just experiencing the regular aches and discomforts of life, our goal is to ensure your experience is both safe and fulfilling.

Our "Health Notes" feature acts as a bridge between you and your teachers. It empowers you to share crucial health information upfront so you can get the most out of each session. Here's how it works:

Health Notes Explained:

1. General Health Note: Think of this as a 'sticky note' for your profile.

  1. Navigate to the top right of your dashboard.

  2. Click on your name > the little arrow drop-down > Account Settings.

  3. Scroll until you find "Anything Your Teachers Should Know".

  4. Enter the pertinent details and make sure to hit "Save Changes".

2. Class-Specific Note: Each class you register for allows you to add detailed notes for that specific session.

  1. Once registered, a pop-up will prompt you to add the class to your calendar. Here, you'll also find an "Additional Notes" box.

  2. Enter any specific health or accommodation needs for this class.

  3. If you miss the pop-up, no worries! Simply head over to app.ompractice.com > Your Upcoming Classes > Find your class > click "See details" > Use the "Additional Notes" box. Remember to click "submit"!

Everyone has unique abilities and needs, and Health Notes is our way of ensuring our instructors see the full picture! So, whether you're joining us to unwind, challenge yourself, or find balance, we've got your back. Literally and figuratively! ๐Ÿ™Œ
