There’s three ways most folks register for classes:
Right before class starts, typically right from the schedule or the class detail page.
Long before class starts, anywhere from hours to weeks before the class actually happens.
As part of a program, where you’re automatically registered for all of your program’s classes as soon as you enroll in the program.
Registering is easy — it’s just a click of the button! But how do you launch that Zoom meeting to actually get into your class?
Well, there’s a few ways:
🚀From the Dashboard. If you go to your dashboard (you can also get here by clicking the Ompractice logo in the top left of your screen or selecting “Dashboard” in the dropdown menu at the top of right of your screen), you’ll see a section at the top of your screen called “Your Upcoming Classes.” If the class is starting very soon, you might even see the class listed under the header, “Your Class is Starting.” Click the teal “Join Now” button to launch your class in Zoom.
🕰 From the Schedule. If you go to the schedule when your class is about to start, it should be near the top of the list. If you enrolled for the class right then and there, a modal will pop up with a teal “Join Now” button you can click. Otherwise, you can click the class title or the white “See Details” page to go to the class detail page.
💡 From the class detail page. Most of our classes have a dedicated page where you can read more about the class and even watch quick videos with the teacher. If you’ve enrolled in the class, the class detail page will have a teal “Join Now” button you can click to launch Zoom. You can also add the class to your calendar and send health notes to your teacher from this page!
🏠 From the My Classes page. This My Classes page lists all of your past and upcoming classes! In the “Upcoming Classes” section at the top, you can click the teal “Join Now” button to launch Zoom.
📧 From your email. When you enroll in most classes, you’ll immediately receive an email from info@ompractice.com that is titled “You’re Enrolled in…” with the class’s name. In this email, you’ll see a teal button that says “Click Here to Join Class.” As the text below the button indicates, clicking this button will launch the Zoom video software.
📆 From your calendar. When you register for a class from the schedule or from a class detail page, you’ll see an option to add to your calendar. If you do that, then the calendar invite will include a link that says “Attend this Ompractice class by CLICKING HERE.” You know what to do from there 😉

Lastly, if it’s your first Ompractice class, we recommend installing the Zoom application in advance. If you click one of the class links, it should prompt you to install Zoom if you don’t already have the app.
