View Your Active Questions
Navigate to the Production page where you created questions.
If the Production was set up as "Registration," you'll see "Register," "Select Registrations," and "Registrations" instead of "Buy Tickets," "Select Tickets," and "Tickets" during the flow.
Add two registrations and continue to the Attendee page. This page displays Attendee-level questions, with sections labeled “[TICKET TYPE] (Attendee #)” (e.g., 1 and 2 for two attendees).
Mandatory fields will have an asterisk (*) next to them and must be filled out before proceeding.
You can add a second Parent/Guardian or Pickup/Dropoff person by clicking “+ Contact.”
For additional attendees, the "Same as above" button allows reusing data for fields like Home Address and Parent/Guardian. If deselected, you can enter different information.
On the checkout page, you'll see Patron/Registrant and Order-level questions. Note that mandatory checkout questions will prevent Quick Pay (Apple Pay/Google Pay) from appearing in the cart.

Go to the specific production where you've implemented custom checkout questions.
Understand Registration vs. Ticketing Terminology:
For productions set up as "Registration," the process will display options like "Register," "Select Registrations," and "Registrations."
For standard ticketed events, you'll see "Buy Tickets," "Select Tickets," and "Tickets."
Simulate the Patron Experience:
Add the desired number of registrations or tickets to your cart.
Proceed to the Attendee Information page, where attendee-level questions will be presented.
Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*) and must be completed to continue.
Utilize Additional Features:
To add more contacts, such as a second Parent/Guardian or Pickup/Dropoff person, click the "+ Contact" button.
For multiple attendees, use the "Same as above" option to replicate information across attendees, or deselect it to enter unique details for each.
Review Patron/Registrant and Order-Level Questions:
On the checkout page, ensure that any Patron/Registrant and Order-level questions are displayed as intended.
Be aware that mandatory checkout questions may disable Quick Pay options like Apple Pay or Google Pay in the cart.
