You can navigate to Contact Details for the Registrant/Patron under Patron Segmentation > Contacts. The page shows active fields filled in by patrons, those not filled in (but relevant to purchased productions), and fields in Draft or Archive.
On the page, you’ll also see a "Checkout Questions" box in the bottom right showing relevant production fields for the patron.
You can edit and save this information. For each Registrant/Patron with attendee info, you’ll see an "Attendee Info" tab with an accordion for each attendee, ordered by newest to oldest.
Under Custom Fields, you'll find all fields set up by the customer. If the patron filled out any custom fields as part of a Checkout Question, their answers will appear here, and they can be edited.
