Why reschedule?
You are sure you will reschedule the event, and already picked the new date.
🎭Noteworthy: If your production has multiple runs, you can apply the status to change to a single event, or as many events in the same production at the same time. |

What happens to tickets if I reschedule?

When I change the status to "Reschedule" under show details, you will get the following message:
Rescheduling allows you to move your performance(s) to future dates. Your ticket buyers will be contacted with custom email messaging, and any remaining emails and social media posts will be unscheduled. Your series payout will be rescheduled to the week after the final performance. Do you wish to continue? |
How to Reschedule Your Show:
From your main dashboard, click on Details next to the show that needs the status change.
Click on the Change Status button. It is listed under Performances on the Show Details page.
Once you click on the Change Status button, the following options will appear. Select Reschedule.
After you make your selection and push Proceed, you will have the option to reschedule your whole production or select individual performances in your production.
Check the box next to the dates you would like to edit. Enter your new show dates.
You will be prompted to email current ticket holders. You can customize the message. Push Send Email.
