There are a few reasons why you might want to remove your hold status:
You're ready to resume ticket sales and payouts now that any issues or delays have been resolved and your show can move forward as planned.
You’ve confirmed a new date and need to reschedule the performance, allowing patrons to retain their tickets or receive updated information.
You want to reactivate automated marketing, including promo emails and social media posts that were paused while the show was on hold.
You’re finalizing logistics and need full access to performance features like reporting, communications, and updates within the On The Stage platform.

This article explains how to remove the "Hold" status from your show. Head to the Show Details page, select Change Status, and you'll see the options to either Resume (if you're keeping the original date/time) or Reschedule (if you’re updating to new dates). After reactivating, check that promotional emails and social posts resume as intended, and revisit other channels to ensure consistency.Confirm performance windows

Track ticket sales, patron inquiries, and performance metrics closely after reactivating to ensure everything’s back on track.
