In compliance with state laws for the following States, On The Stage (OTS) will now display all-inclusive pricing for your patrons.

Who Is Affected:

Customers in the following states who have selected the "Pass on fees to patrons" option:

  • New York

  • Tennessee

  • Connecticut

  • California

  • Maryland

  • Minnesota

  • North Carolina

  • Colorado

In the states listed above, this change is now mandatory and has been automatically enabled. In other states, this feature remains optional.

Several states have enacted laws requiring ticket sellers to use all-in pricing, ensuring buyers can see the full ticket cost upfront when they begin shopping.

With all-in pricing, your patrons can see the total cost of tickets and add-ons, including fees, before they even add them to their cart.

🎭Noteworthy: This update does not introduce any extra steps, clicks, or obstacles in the checkout process. Your patrons will still enjoy the same fast, seamless, and efficient OTS checkout experience they know and love.

🎓 Recap:

In compliance with state laws, On The Stage (OTS) has implemented all-inclusive pricing for patrons in specific states. This change ensures that customers see the total ticket cost upfront, including all fees, enhancing transparency during the purchasing process.
