Memberships can be sold through the Box Office Portal. The subscriptions will appear under the "Subscription and Memberships" section of the portal. You can sell memberships in the portal:
To boost revenue by giving patrons the opportunity to purchase or renew season passes and memberships during ticket purchases on-site.
To enhance patron experience by consolidating walk-up ticket sales and membership options in a single, convenient transaction.
🎭 Noteworthy: At this time, reoccurring memberships are not available for sale in the portal. You can only process non-renewable memberships.

The Box Office Portal now lets you add on season memberships or subscriptions to a ticket purchase directly at the door. Using the familiar checkout flow, staff can select tickets, then apply one or more subscriptions, add optional donations, and complete the sale—all in real time through Cash, Credit, or Comp. Memberships must already be configured in the Show Details to appear.
