There are a few reasons few reasons you might want to send a group email to your current ticket holders. This could be to:
Share important updates or changes (performance times, venue details, weather-related alerts).
Promote add-ons or specials like merch, concessions, or exclusive post-show events.
Inform specific performance groups about logistics, accessibility, or session-specific notices.
👟 Walkthrough
Click on the Productions Tab, and from there select your event by clicking on Details.
Scroll down and find the Email Patrons button.
Enter in the Subject Line and Message of the email, and enter in the Reply To Email.
Select the performance date(s) you want to email the patrons about. Click on the box next to each performance date if you want to email patrons for every performance.
Then click Send Email.

Simply log in, go to the Productions tab, select your event, click Email Patrons, compose your message (including subject, body, and reply-to address), choose performance dates, and hit Send Email.
