Log into your On The Stage account. Click on the Productions Tab, and from there select your event.

Find the show you wish to mass email patrons about and select the Details.

Click on Email Patrons:

Enter in the Subject Line and Message of the email, and enter in the Reply To Email

Select the performance date(s) you want to email the patrons about. Click on the box next to each performance date if you want to email patrons for every performance.

Then click Send Email.
