The image below illustrates the automated release schedule for promotional emails that are sent to a current mailing list and patrons who have previously purchased tickets for other events. All clients have access to this feature.

The post show email is an un-editable template sent from OTS once your show closes to thank an audience for attending your production.

If Ayrshare integration has been selected, social media posts follow the same schedule.

The image below shows the schedule separated by show type.

Please note: If pre-sales are set up for your event, the promo email schedule will not begin until pre-sales end.

Automated posts go out at 11am on the day they are scheduled. If you need to postpone or cancel a show, dates can be updated through the Promote tab by clicking 'Update Schedule.' This only applied to emails that have not been sent out.

If your contact list has not been uploaded to your account before the post, it will not be sent.

Please note, if a patron has purchased tickets to a live event, they will receive the confirmation email and no more promotional emails.

Patrons who purchased tickets to a virtual event (streaming or VOD) will get a reminder about how to watch their show closer to the event.
