Ticket buyers purchase a ticket through the On The Stage website you created for your production. You - as the producer - will give out the website URL. Ensure you put it on all marketing materials for your production.

After a ticket buyer finalizes their ticket purchase(s), they will receive a confirmation email from On The Stage.

The confirmation email contains a unique, secure link that the ticket buyer will click to view the performance at the set performance date/time.

If the button does not work, there is a URL under each button that a ticket buyer can copy and paste into the browser to view the performance.

NOTE: If a ticket buyer purchases multiple tickets, they will get a separate link for each ticket they purchase. This way, if ticket buyers want to watch the show on separate devices, they can do so. The unique links are tracked based on the device, meaning that only one device can use the link to watch the performance at a time. This prevents ticket buyers from sharing this link, and ensures the link is secure.

If ticket buyers click on the link early, they will navigate to the page where they will view the performance. The date and time that the performance is scheduled will be shown.

Ticket buyers will also get an email reminder one hour before the show. That reminder email will also provide the link to watch the performance.
