If you need to cancel your show or change your live show to a Livestream or Video On Demand, please reach out to your Account Manager as soon as possible and inform them of the situation.
PLEASE NOTE: On The Stage does not calculate uneven exchanges. You are responsible for collecting or returning any difference in ticket price to or from the patron.
