Sometimes, timing is everything—especially when it comes to ticket sales. Whether you're making last-minute updates, managing capacity, or planning a strategic sales window, On The Stage gives you the power to pause or resume ticket sales with just a simple click.
There are a few key reasons why you might want—or need—to turn ticket sales on or off, even after your event is live. With flexible controls built right into your dashboard, you're always in the director’s seat when it comes to audience access and event timing.
👟Walk Through:
You can pause ticket sales on the Show Details page of your dashboard. In the middle of the page there is a 'purchasable' tab next to each show date. Slide this radio button off or on depending on what you need.
