You can pause ticket sales on the Details page of your dashboard. In the middle of the page there is a 'purchasable' tab next to each show date. Slide this radio button off or on depending on what you need.
Please note: For night of performance ticket sales:
New sales are cut off around 430AM EST, but refunds can be done anytime up until the last performance when the entire production get closed out. You have 24 hours after the last performance to process refunds for any performances in that production.
GREY = Sales Off
GREEN = Sales On
