Once you have published your show, the type of fee type attached to your ticket (included or added on) can be changed with the help of Customer Support.

Adding an additional fee during the check out process is not current functionality we offer. That is being considered as a future feature.

At this time the base ticket price would need to be increased to reflect the cost you want to net after the OTS and Credit Card Fees.

Here are a few articles from our online Help Center which provide additional information on our fee structure.

🎭 Noteworthy: Please be aware that this will not affect previously purchased tickets.

Fee Types:

Included: Ticket price includes the fees.

Ticket is $10. Fee is $1.20. Cost to patron: $10

***The organization is responsible for paying those fees

Added-on: Ticket price does not include the fees. They are in addition to the ticket price.

Ticket is $10. Fee is $1.20. Cost to patron: $11.20

***The patron pays for the ticket fees
