The Show Details Page

This article will walk you through all the important information that can be found on your Show Details page.

There are many important details about your show that can be found on this page. The first section is titled Show Details and Dates.

You can see your show's main image, name, status, and setup.

You can also see the Production Name (which can only be changed by reaching out to Customer Support), the dates of your show, your time zone, and run time.

The next section is titled Ticketing Details.

Important information such as your fee style and sales tax is located here. You can set up presale codes, add header messages on your show site, add checkout messages that will be seen during the patron order process, and add confirmation messages in the patron confirmation email.

You can limit the number of tickets per order, include your exchange policy, enable donations, and notify patrons if you allow refunds.

The next section on the page is Performance Details.

🎭 Noteworthy: This is where you can set show capacities (for General Admission shows), turn sales on and off, view/add/activate/deactivate ticket types, add performance dates, email ticket holders, add ticket types, and cancel/postpone performances. Please note that some features are locked out when a show is in HOLD mode. To access them you must RESUME your show status.
