Listed are the file sizes allowable for your Video On Demand

OTS is able to support HD video on the viewing platform.

Formats 4K and above are not compatible.

Your uploaded video file needs to be under 10GB in .mp4 format and uploaded to your site at least 24 hours before your premiere.

When exporting your video file from your editing software, we recommend the following settings:

CODEC: H.264 (This will export the file as a .mp4)

Bitrate - High/Medium/Medium Variable -use the one that gets

you closest to 10GB
