Before Publishing in a Draft:
On the Show Details page for your event, click the Edit button next to the Ticket Details section.
Select your desired fee plan and push Save.
After Publishing:
Once you have published your show, the type of fee type attached to your ticket (included or added on) can be changed with the help of Customer Support. Please open up a support ticket with the show name, and specify the fee type you would like the event to be changed to.
🎓 Recap of Changing Ticket Fee Structure Before and After Publishing
On The Stage allows you to adjust your ticket fee structure both before and after publishing your event. Before publishing, you can modify the fee structure in the Show Details section under Ticket Details. Once the event is published, changes can still be made, but any adjustments will only apply to future sales. Existing ticket purchases will retain the original fee structure. Always review your updates carefully to ensure they align with your pricing strategy and audience expectations.
