Reasons to Change Your Venue After Publishing
Last-Minute Issues: Unexpected emergencies, like weather damage or double-bookings, make the original venue unusable.
Audience Feedback: Attendees express concerns about the location (e.g., parking, accessibility), prompting a change.
Better Opportunity: A better venue becomes available after publishing, offering improved amenities or location.
Promotional Alignment: Your marketing or ticket sales strategy might shift, requiring a venue change to match new logistics.

๐ Recap of Changing Your Show Venue Before and After Publishing
To change the venue of your show in On The Stage, go to the Show Details section and select the show you want to update. If the show has not been published yet, you can easily change the venue in the Details section. After publishing, you can still change the venue, but youโll need to add the venue (if it is new) in the Venue Settings from you main dashboard. Make sure to notify your attendees. Once the change is made, be sure to review your event page and ticket links to ensure everything reflects the updated venue information.
