Processing Group Sales for Reserved Events

Have a larger order you need to process? Use the Box Office Portal for an easy way to get it done quickly.

Go to the Show Details section on your chosen event and click on Open Box Office Portal.

Manually add the seats you would like to reserve into the cart. Add them individually by clicking on them and selecting from your available price-types. In this example, 10 seats have been manually added. The tickets are the 10 green seats below.

On the bottom right of the Box Office Portal, you can finish processing the order.

Please note: Before selecting your payment method, you have the opportunity to add any applicable promo codes. In this example below, the coupon code "GroupSlice20" has been added to my order.

If the code applies properly, it will appear above the tickets before you choose cash, comp, or credit to complete the order.

Select your payment method at the bottom of the page and finish the check-out process.

This order can be viewed in the Orders section of your dashboard.

Like any patron order, exchanges, refunds, and conversions to donation can be processed under the order details.
