Once you provide On The Stage the required information, it typically takes 5 business days - depending on size and level of complexity - to complete a custom seating chart. Organizations are also provided one complimentary round of revisions as well.
If you would like a custom seating chart created for your organization, please reach out to your Account Manager or On The Stage Customer Support.
We suggest providing seating chart requests at least 1 week in advance to ensure enough time for scoping, follow up questions, and building.
