Customizing Your Seating Chart

What you can do on the first page of the seating chart builder.

Updated this week

Here’s what’s possible with your OTS seating chart:

  • Customize seat and section placement – Move rows, curve sections, and adjust spacing to match your exact venue layout.

  • Add helpful visuals and labels – Include text, shapes, and icons to clearly identify aisles, accessible seating, or VIP areas.

  • Block off or hold seats – Reserve specific seats or rows for staff, press, or accessible needs—or limit capacity for specific performances.

  • Edit row names and seat numbers – Rename rows and sequence seats for clarity and consistency across your chart.

  • Mirror your real-world setup – Use the design tools to build a map that looks and functions like the venue your patrons will be walking into.
