Removing the Hold Status From Your Performance

This article will cover the process of reversing a hold placed on a show by the organization.

  • Click on the event's Show Details.

  • Click on the Change Status button. It is listed under Performances on the Show Details page.

  • Once you click on the Change Status button, the following options will appear:

  • Previously you clicked the following button to change the status of your show from Live to Hold.

  • Click the Reschedule button pictured below.

  • You will be promoted to input the desired reschedule dates as shown below. Make sure to click "Save" before moving to the next step.

  • Email your ticket buyers to let them know about the change and your refund/exchange policy. Click "Send Email" before exiting the page.
