Adding an Event Message to a Single Performance After Publishing

Learn how to add an optional message to an individual performance date. You can do this after publishing your event.

Follow these instructions if you would like to add an optional message to an individual performance on your show site after you have published your event.

  1. Using the black sidebar menu, navigate to the Show Details tab of your On The Stage dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to the Performances section of your Show Details tab, to the "Event Message" box. This is where organizations can post an optional message for patrons that will be displayed on the ticketing page of their show site. When you click on this box it will illuminate red as shown below.

3. Click Save after you've entered your message.

4. Your message will appear next to the show dates and times you added it to on the ticketing site.
