The Box Office Portal is accessible on any device where a user has logged into their On The Stage account. Information in the portal will update automatically whenever a new order is processed, provided the device is connected to the internet. This is located on your Dashboard.

To access the Box Office Portal

Log in to your On The Stage Dashboard, go to Live Productions and click Box Office Portal.

Select the performance you'd like to sell tickets for.

Click Purchase on the left toolbar of your dashboard under Walk Up Sales. Note: You will only be able to process ticket orders for the previously selected performance date & showtime.

The app will open and display various ticket options that are for sale. If it is a reserved seating show it will also display your seating chart. You can then process regular walk up ticket sales as usual. *The new feature allows you to also ADD ON a season subscription sale and provides the ability to add a donation directly to the current ticket sale.* In order for subscriptions to be available for sale they must already be set up on your show details page.

You can now sell multiple subscriptions during the checkout process.

Check out using any of the typical methods (Cash, Credit Card, Comp, etc)
