To edit the seating chart currently applied to an event, press the pencil icon. NOTE: Seating charts are only editable PRIOR to publishing.
Prefer a video version?
If you want to edit a seating chart not currently applied to the event, click on the name of the chart. It will become the active seating chart and you can now make changes to it.
If you want to have multiple versions of one seating chart, click on the COPY seating chart button on the original seating chart. This will allow you to keep your original seating chart, but still make copies and have different versions.
