Adding holds while you are building your seating chart is easy! You can build them in to your seating chart before you publish so whenever you reuse said seating chart, you do not need to readd holds again. This is great for theaters that need to:

Designate ADA seating for all their events
Have the same Box Office Holds for each event
Have the same seat blocked for all their events

Double click on the seat you would like to add a hold to. It will highlight in green.

In the seat settings menu that appears, click on your desired hold.

Selecting "Wheelchair Accessible" will turn your seat blue (above, seat A2 is marked as accessible). It will appear blue on the seating chart for your patrons when they go to make their purchase.
Selecting "Block" will turn the seat black (above, seat B3 is blocked). It will not be purchasable.
Selecting "Box Office Only" will turn the seat red (above, seat C4 is a box office hold). This means it is not purchasable online, and only able to be processed by one of your OTS users.
