You can whitelist multiple domains by repeating the same process.

Whitelist the Wix editor URL
Whitelist a file user URL that is specific to your website.
The format of your website URL is: https://www-YOURWEBSITENAMEHERE-com.filesusr.com
For example, the http://onthestage.com domain would be formatted as https://www-onthestage-com.filesusr.com
Add a new section on the page where you would like your ticket widget to appear by selecting Add Section and Blank Section.

The OTS Ticket Widget is intended to open in a full screen modal once your patron selects a performance date and time and begins selecting tickets. Unfortunately, Wix does not allow this behavior and your patrons will complete their purchase in a smaller-than-ideal window. Consider migration to a less restrictive hosting platform to improve the experience.
đ Recap
This article details how to embed the OnâŻTheâŻStage ticket widget on your Wix site. You begin by whitelisting both your live site domain and Wixâs preview domain in the Widget Configuration dashboard. Then, in the Wix Editor, add a blank section, rename it (e.g. âwidget-sectionâ), and insert a Custom HTML embed where you paste the widget snippet. Once previewed and published, the widget appears on your siteâthough Wix limitations mean ticket purchases open in a smaller modal window rather than full-screen.
đ Best Practices for Adding the Widget to Wix Sites
đĄď¸ Whitelist both your domain and Wix preview domain
Ensure both the live site and preview domain formatted likehttps://www-YOURSITENAME-com.filesusr.com
are whitelisted to avoid embed errors.đ Organize your page with a named blank section
Create a blank section in the editor, rename it (e.g., "widget-section"), and drop the Custom HTML embed there for clarity and easy styling.âď¸ Paste the exact snippet into the embed code
Copy the widget code precisely from your OnâŻTheâŻStage dashboard into the Wix embedâany changes may break functionality.đ Preview, then publish to finalize
The widget should appear in editor preview, but be sure to publish the site so patrons can fully interact and purchase tickets.â ď¸ Be aware of Wixâs modal constraint
Wix only supports a smaller in-page modal for ticketing, not full-screenâconsider this limitation when designing the user experience.
