If you want to be able to print physical tickets, please reach out to your

Account Manager or Customer Support to set that up.

BOCA is the only ticket printer OTS currently supports.

Physical tickets using ticket stock WILL NOT PRINT using any other printer.

Make sure to purchase a 200 DPI printer for best compatibility with OTS.

Please note that the only compatible ticket stock is 2" x 5.5".

RFID, Receipt, and Specialty printers will not work. (https://www.bocasystems.com/lemurprinters.html)

Visit the Boca website for printers and ticket stock.

Install the OTS Printer Drive:

  • Once the Driver is installed, click on Hard Tickets on the Dashboard.

Hard Tickets Dashboard:

The Hard Tickets screen will show a list of all upcoming performances. From here you're easily able to print all sold tickets, print all unsold tickets, or select individual tickets to print for a specific patron.

Step 3 screenshot

Printing All SOLD Tickets:

  • To print all SOLD tickets, click on Print Tickets for an individual performance.

  • Click on Select A Printer.

After clicking Print Tickets a print preview window will open that displays all of the tickets to be printed. Select your printer using the menu in the upper right.

Note: if you have many tickets to print this can take some time to load.

  • Click on Print.

  • Allow Access to the Printer.

If this is the first time you've printed you may be prompted to give permission to connect to the printer. Select the "Remember this decision" box and click "Allow".

    Printing Tickets for One Performance:

  • Select the Performance.

To print individual tickets select the performance for which you want to print tickets. In this example we're choosing the Friday performance of Carousel.

Select tickets to print from the Sold Tickets Table.

After selecting a performance a list of all sold tickets is displayed. You'll be able to see the section, row, and seat for reserved shows. Select the seats you would like to print.

  • Select the seats you would like to print by checking the box under print.

    Printing All Unprinted Tickets:

Many theaters print tickets in batches leading up to the performance date.

Selecting "Print Unprinted" will select any tickets sold since the last time you printed a batch. Select this box and then click the "Print Tickets" button.

You have the option to print Unsold tickets in addition to tickets that have been sold to your patrons. Note: if your venue is large this is a BIG print job that will require lots of ticket stock and take significant time. Make sure you really want to print them ALL.

  • Print Unsold.

  • View All Seats.

After selecting Print Unsold the screen will populate with a list of all the seats in your venue. Note that Order ID column is blank since these are unsold.

Printing Tickets for a Single Patron:

You may want to print all tickets for a single patron. This is easy to do from the OTS Patron Management screen.

  • From the main dashboard, click on Contacts.

  • Click on View Contact Details.

  • Click on Orders.

  • Click on Print Hard Ticket.

  • Click on Print.
