Why Youâll Want to Print All of a Subscriberâs Tickets
To distribute physical tickets to patrons who prefer or require paper copies, especially for seniors or traditional season passholders.
To prepare for will call pickup or mail delivery, ensuring all tickets in the package are printed and ready at once.
To streamline box office operations, avoiding the need to print tickets one performance at a time.
đWalkthrough
To print all the tickets a subscriber has redeemed, click on the Subscriptions tab, the 3-dot stacked action button, and then View Members.
Click the box for Print All and then Print Hard Tickets.
You can choose to print all tickets in a subscription, print unprinted tickets, or print individual tickets.
đRecap
From the Subscriptions tab in your On The Stage dashboard, you can use the Actions menu to select Print Hard Tickets, which opens a print window for the entire subscription package. Alternatively, choose View Subscribers to see a list of all subscribers. From there, you can print:
All tickets in a subscription
Only unprinted tickets
Individual tickets for specific performances
This makes it easy to handle subscriber needs in bulk or on a case-by-case basis.
đ Best Practices
Print in batches ahead of the season to reduce show-day stress and mailing delays.
Use the âUnprinted Ticketsâ filter to avoid duplicates or wasted paper.
Label and organize printed tickets clearly by subscriber name and event date for efficient will call handling.
Communicate with subscribers about ticket pickup or delivery timingâespecially if mailing is involved.
Re-print only when necessary and keep notes on any lost or reissued tickets to avoid confusion.
