To add a general admission section to your seating chart, you just need to follow a few simple steps.
Navigate to the seating chart builder for a general admission and reserved show.
Add a general admission section by clicking on "Create a New Section", select "General Admission", add a name and push "Create".
Please note here, the name might appear to stretch or shrink, but will look normal once published.
After you add the general admission section on your chart, you will receive a reminder to add general admission tickets to your show build.
What the ticket buyer sees when general admission seats ARE NOT available:
The boxes are grey and not clickable.
What the ticket buyer sees when there are general admission seats ARE available:
The boxes are blue and a purchase modal opens up if there are open spaces.
