Please test your livestream connection at least 24 hours prior to your event. To access your livestream testing complete the following steps.
For DIY:
From you main dashboard, select the event you would like to test and click the red Details tab.
Click on Livestream Settings on the dashboard under Show Details.
Your streaming credentials and testing space are available here. These streaming credentials will be entered into your preferred streaming software.
