Are you having trouble getting your BOCA Printer up and running? Open up a support ticket by clicking on the red bubble at the bottom right of your screen after reviewing the settings below for best printing results.

For the quickest assistance, please submit the following information with your BOCA query:

  • print outs of the Boca internal test.

  • a print out of the Windows or Mac printer test.

  • a screenshot of your printers from Windows settings.
