Adding a new subscription package lets you:

  • Offer flexible ticketing options like season passes or multi-show bundles that cater to varying audience needs.

  • Drive upfront revenue with pre-sales while locking in attendance for upcoming events.

  • Streamline redemption and reporting, ensuring clear tracking of usage, limits, and performance.

👟Walkthrough

Click on the red "+ Create New Subscription" button at the top right of the page.

Select your subscription type. You can choose from:

  • Flex Pass: Only Productions are locked with no limits per productions or dates.

  • Ticket Pack: Productions and dates are not locked and no limits per production.

  • Traditional Pass: Productions and dates are locked with ticket limits per production.

Next, name your subscription and add a description. You can also add an image associated with your subscription package. Select applicable performances and times.

Next, select your subscription price, amount available, tickets per subscription, and available redemptions per production if applicable. Select your subscription sale dates.

Determine any section restrictions, choose your ticket redemption window, determine your fee structure, and then Save and Publish or Save as Draft.

To add a new subscription in On The Stage:

  • Click the red + Create New Subscription button.

  • Choose a subscription type: Flex Pass, Ticket Pack, or Traditional Pass.

  • Name it, add a description and image, and select eligible performances.

  • Set pricing, availability, tickets per subscription, redemption limits, and sale window.

  • Define section restrictions, redemption timeframes, fees, and then Save & Publish or Save as Draft.

  • Choose the right subscription type:

    • Flex Pass for unrestricted access,

    • Ticket Pack for flexible usage without boundaries,

    • Traditional Pass to lock down shows and limits.

  • Write compelling descriptions and visuals to attract buyers and highlight value.

  • Price strategically: balance revenue with accessibility, and limit subscriptions to maintain availability.

  • Schedule sales thoughtfully—consider early-bird vs. regular pricing timelines.

  • Define clear redemption rules and restrictions to avoid confusion during use.

  • Use draft mode to tweak before launch, then publish when you're ready to actively sell.
