You can purchase more than one subscription package using the same email address. This might happen if you want two different types of subscriptions or if you are purchasing subscriptions for different seasons.

The box above contains the subscription image, name, price, and description that were set during subscription creation.

The bullet points are system generated based on the kind of subscription type (Flex, Ticket Pack, Traditional) that is chosen during sub creation.

Underneath this subscription information is a list of included shows/events. This is automatically generated from subscription creation. To open this list - click the drawer.

When the drawer opens - all productions associated with the subscription will appear on this list. Show art and title will automatically appear here.

For Platinum customers - you can set the production description text here through widget settings.
For non-Platinum customers - the dates for the run of the show will appear here by default.

To add a subscription to your cart, click on the + icon to the righthand side of the subscription’s section.

With this update, you can cart more than one subscription package at a time. Click the + icon to add more subscriptions to the cart.

Click on Continue at the bottom righthand side of this page to proceed to your cart.

In your cart, you will see the packages you have added. Click Checkout to proceed with the credit card form, or use a Quickpay option available to you.
