We know Sundays get busy. If you forget to submit on the day, you've still got a 48-hour grace period through Monday and Tuesday to send your reading.
During the grace period
The app shows Overdue on the home screen and on your vehicle card.
We'll send a reminder notification on Monday morning.
Submit any time before Tuesday at midnight and the week counts as normal.
If you miss the grace period
That week's $120 reward doesn't count, but you're not out of the pilot. You can keep going the following week and earn the rest. The total cap of $599 still applies.
What if I'm away or have an emergency?
If something serious comes up — illness, family emergency, travel — message us through the app before the Sunday window closes. We can sometimes extend the grace period or pause a week for genuine emergencies.
Repeated missed submissions
If you miss more than two weeks in a row without contacting us, we may withdraw you from the pilot. Earnings up to that point are still paid out.
