During the pilot, we occasionally send short surveys to ask how things are going — how the bus has been, what's working, what's not. Your answers help LA Metro and the King's College research team make Metro better for everyone.
How surveys work
You'll get a notification when a survey is available.
They take about 2–3 minutes to complete.
They're optional — skipping doesn't affect your rewards.
The bonus
If we include a bonus on a particular survey, you'll see it called out on the survey itself. Once you complete the survey, the bonus is added to your running balance on the home screen, and is paid out together with your other earnings at the end of the pilot.
Survey bonuses are sent ad-hoc — they're not weekly and we don't promise a fixed number across the pilot.
Can I do the survey later?
Surveys are open for a few days, then close. The window is shown at the top of each survey. If you miss one, no harm done — there'll likely be more.
