If something comes up and you can't continue, you can withdraw from the One Car Challenge any time. Here's what happens.
How to withdraw
Simply open the One Car Challenge app → Tap menu → Contact Us and tell us you wish to withdraw.
What about money I've already earned?
Any rewards you've earned for qualifying weeks before you withdrew are still paid out at the end of your cohort, using the payment method you chose at enrolment.
What about money I haven't earned yet?
Future weeks don't pay out. The pilot pays only for weeks where your vehicle was actually parked and under 3 miles.
Can I re-join?
Not in the same cohort. If you withdraw mid-cohort, your spot opens up for someone else. Depending on availability, you may be able to enroll in the next cohort.
What about my data?
You can keep your data with us (helpful for research aggregation), or ask us to delete it. The withdrawal screen gives you the choice.
